Shipping Area

Fountjoy currently ships within Ontario, Canada only. Available shipping methods and charges depend on the product size, weight and delivery postal code.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 3–7 business days after payment and inventory confirmation. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

Delivery

Standard parcel delivery may be available for eligible products. Large or heavy water features may require local delivery, showroom pickup or a separately arranged delivery method.

Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout when available. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery information for a large water feature.

Showroom Pickup

Selected products may be picked up after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect the packaging when your order arrives. If you notice visible damage, take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.
